4 . WILL SUPPLY CANVAS, LININGS, BUCKLES & STRAPS -  JUST LET ME KNOW

5. NEED A PIPERS FLY PLAID TO COMPLETE THE LOOK  

6.RE-MAKE, I WILL TURN YOUR OLD AND MUCH CHERISHED KILT AND TRANSFORM IT RESIZE IT
